Order Processing & Delivery Times
We process orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.
If you find that you can't proceed through the checkout due to us not currently shipping to your chosen country, please contact us at luke@zerofeel.co.uk and we will see what we can offer.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping rates to the UK, Europe, the USA, and Asia. Shipping times and rates vary by destination, weight, and the service selected. For more details, please check our shipping calculator during checkout.
UK: Delivery within 1–3 working days via Royal Mail or alternative couriers.
Europe: Delivery within 5–7 working days via Royal Mail or trusted couriers.
USA: Delivery within 7–14 working days.
Asia: Delivery within 7–14 working days.
Rest of the World: Delivery within 7–28 working days
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over the following thresholds:
UK: £60
Europe: £80
USA: £100
Asia: £100
Rest of the World: N/A
Customs Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that customs duties, local VAT, or other import taxes may be applied when your package arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying any local VAT, customs duties, or taxes that may apply to your order.
These fees are not included in your order total, and we cannot predict or control these costs.
If you're unsure about potential customs fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please get in touch with us at luke@zerofeel.co.uk, and we will assist in tracking down the issue. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, we will assist in investigating any delivery issues with the courier.
Returns & Exchanges
UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. Once cancellation is requested, items must be returned to us within 14 days.
Returned items must be unused or unwashed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please ensure that you carefully review your order before purchasing, especially when selecting garment sizes or other options.
We do not offer exchanges. We recommend referring to our size guide and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at luke@zerofeel.co.uk so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods, in line with UK consumer law.
PREORDERS
All pre-orders require upfront payment. Once we have ordered the item from our supplier on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled. Your item will be shipped once it arrives with us, as stated on the product listing.
